Deal of the Year Award

The Deal of the Year Awards recognizes the most notable commercial real estate transactions completed by a CBG Member. The annual Awards event was created to highlight accomplished CBG members who have displayed exceptional achievement in sale and/or lease transactions.

An award may be based on size and dollar volume but also degree of difficulty, unique situations and the transaction’s contribution to the community. A winner  is selected in each of the following categories: OFFICE, INDUSTRIAL, RETAIL, INVESTMENT and LAND/OTHER.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: THURSDAY, JANUARY 12, 2018 at 5:00 pm

SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY:

  • To qualify to win, you must be a current CBG Member with dues paid by April 15th (exception made for first year for new members). You are encouraged to mention other brokers who assisted in the deal, but only CBG Members can win.
  • You may submit a Deal of the Year transaction for yourself or another CBG member.
  • Name of listed nominee(s) must be a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and/or Broker. (As defined by Wisconsin DSPS).
  • Sale or Lease transaction must have taken place between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
  • At least 1 photo submitted electronically with form, JPG format preferred
  • Completed submission form below - INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
  • If a deal fits multiple categories, the CBG Board of Directors or the judging panel will determine where it best fits.
